Description

The mobile stand for a precision-adjustment pneumatic clinching tool is designed to make the tool more convenient and efficient to use in production, especially when manufacturing small ventilation system components. With the tool mounted on the stand, all control is by pneumatic foot pedals, leaving the operator's hands free to manoeuvre the workpiece.

The stand has adjustable feet, so it can be set up even on an uneven floor. Mounting the tool on the stand takes less than a minute: simply tighten two wing screws and connect the quick-release coupling of the compressed air supply. Height adjustment lets you position the tool at a level comfortable for the operator. Using the stand significantly increases productivity when producing small ventilation components.

In stationary use, the tool can be connected directly to the pneumatic pedals, which increases its operating speed.
