A ready-to-use compressed air preparation kit: it protects the tool from contamination and excess pressure, maintains full operating speed and extends service life. The coiled air hose gives the operator freedom of movement in the work area.
A ready-made solution that keeps a pneumatic tool running at full speed, protects it from excess pressure and extends its service life. The coiled air hose gives the operator freedom of movement around the work area.
Pneumatic tools are controlled by built-in air distributors and valves whose components are machined to high precision. To ensure reliable operation, they must be protected from the contamination and excess moisture often present in a factory compressed air system. Maintaining the full bore of the pipes and hoses connecting the tool to the air supply is equally important for keeping the operating speed high.
| Mounting | vertical, on 1/2" piping or wall-mounted |
| Filter | yes |
| Pressure regulator (reducer) | yes |
| Pressure gauge | yes |
| Inlet fitting diameter (for hose) | 10 mm |
| Quick coupling with shut-off valve | yes |
| Coiled hose working length | 15 m |
| Coiled hose extended length | 30 m |
| Maximum working pressure | 16 bar |
During installation the filter bowl must remain vertical; a deviation of up to 5 degrees is acceptable. Position the unit so that there is always room to service it and the pressure gauge stays clearly visible. The unit can be fixed directly to the pipeline, through the mounting holes, or with a bracket.
The water separator filter cleans compressed air of solid particles, moisture droplets and condensate present in the pneumatic lines. The filter body is made of aluminium and durable plastic and houses a replaceable filter element. Contaminants are trapped in the filter by centrifugal and inertial forces, while moisture droplets follow the spiralling air stream and are drained off into the bowl. Accumulated condensate is removed with a manual drain.
The reducing valve with a built-in regulator lets you set the required compressed air pressure and keeps it at the preset level. Pressure is stabilised as the valve responds to air consumption and inlet pressure.
