The pneumatic benchtop press is designed for production work with a wide variety of tooling, applying smooth pressure with a working force of 65 kN. It is an excellent choice for manufacturing parts by cold stamping. Various types of die sets can be mounted on the press; a die set is not included in the standard scope of supply, and a custom die configuration can be designed and manufactured to the customer's specific requirements.

Thanks to its reliability, quiet operation, small footprint, low weight and undemanding maintenance, the benchtop press has proven itself in small and large plants — above all at manufacturers of ventilation system components (fire dampers, ventilation valves and other products) and in many other industrial sectors.

Typical applications include forming a rectangular profile from round tube that serves as the pivot axis of a damper blade, and stamping a shaped bracket plate that fixes the blade on its pivot axis in an air valve.
